Surprise... Ballet Blend is going to be more than me posting pictures of myself dancing on social media! (Although I'm sure I'll post a few along the way!)
I thought a blog post describing what Ballet Blend is and how I hope for it to develop would be useful for those of you showing an interest (Still shocked people are reading my posts thank you!)
Ultimately Ballet Blend is a new and innovative workout which blends a variety of styles and genres to create a unique workout. Taking inspiration from my professional ballet and dance training and work, yoga practises, pilates, HIIT and strength training Ballet Blend aims to target specific muscle groups to help tone, define and strengthen muscles whilst promoting a positive and healthy body image and mind... all with a healthy dose of my sarcasm and British wit to target sense of humour!
My workouts help with defining and perfecting posture, improving and testing the body's balance, increasing flexibility and lengthening and toning muscle groups... and you look and feel graceful while doing it! Some workouts will be specific to targeting certain muscles groups whilst others will aim to work the whole body, followed by stretching guides to release and lengthen the muscles you just kicked the butt of!
I felt that there was a real gap in the fitness market for a new graceful workout for EVERYBODY. I am making my workouts very personal to individuals and catering different programs towards a large variety of groups of people... experienced athletes, gym goes, people new to working out, seniors, those with injuries, people with busy lifestyles or just people looking for a new fun way to stay active. I will provide tailor made workouts to suit the individuals needs... limiting myself to humans at this point in time... but who knows where Ballet Blend may take me!
I hope ballet blend can be a positive fitness platform for me to share my knowledge, skills and passion to have a positive influence of the lives of others. I will be sharing mostly online on my Instagram Platform @ballet.blend (if you're not already following now would be a great time to check it out!). Here I will be promoting my live classes and sharing blog posts on relative subjects about and around Ballet Blend (Requests on topics welcome!). I will be posting videos and picture tools to guide followers through my workouts and engaging in live streams to help this Ballet Fitness Fusion be widely accessible. I want Ballet Blend to be available for the users convenience so it can be accessed anytime, anywhere to fit in with each individuals lifestyle and schedule (Including your workout motivation schedule!)

So who knows how Ballet Blend with develop... but I am excited to start this journey
